Perishable Items (Chocolate Products)
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate products:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for chocolate items.

Every order is packed with insulation to reduce the risk of melting, but once the package is in transit, we cannot control external conditions.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us and we will make it right.
Non-Perishable Items (Merchandise)
We accept returns or refunds for non-chocolate merchandise such as apparel and books only if the item does not match your order.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt
To initiate a return, email hello@onukachocolate.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Refunds may be processed:

As a digital gift card
-
As store credit
-
Or refunded to your original payment method (within 7–10 business days after approval)
Replacements & Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for perishable food items.
For non-perishable items, exchanges are subject to availability and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
