Return & Refund Policy

Perishable Items (Chocolate Products)

Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate products:

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for chocolate items.

  • Every order is packed with insulation to reduce the risk of melting, but once the package is in transit, we cannot control external conditions.

  • If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us and we will make it right.

Non-Perishable Items (Merchandise)

We accept returns or refunds for non-chocolate merchandise such as apparel and books only if the item does not match your order.
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt

To initiate a return, email hello@onukachocolate.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Refunds may be processed:

  • As a digital gift card

  • As store credit

  • Or refunded to your original payment method (within 7–10 business days after approval)

Replacements & Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for perishable food items.
For non-perishable items, exchanges are subject to availability and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
