Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Our daily cut-off is 12 PM (Pacific Time). Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day.

Holiday Shipping Delays

During peak seasons—such as Christmas (Nov–Dec), Valentine’s Day (Feb), and Easter (Mar–Apr)—order processing may take up to 3 additional business days, even for Expedited shipments. Please plan accordingly during these high-volume periods.

International Orders – Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. This includes apartment or suite numbers.
